OSI oxygen concentrators offer the lowest possible power consumption for a vacuum swing adsorption system. The dual bed systems are stand-alone and designed to plug-in and go. The only requirements for this concentrator to operate is power, oxygen, and a data/internet line. All dual bed concentrators are housed inside of a 40' ISO ocean container, making it easily transportable and mobile.
Some of the features of our dual bed concentrators include a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a variable frequency drive (VFD) for the main blower. Both of these provide the highest possible efficiency and linear power demand on turn down. Meaning when using 50% of the machine's capacity, only 50% of the energy is required.
All of the machine's maintenance information (Oil changes, filter, and seal replacements), operating information (pressure and amperage draw), and alarms are displayed on the unit's HMI touch screen. All alarms and notifications can also be viewed remotely with an internet or cell connection. All alarms are also sent via email or text message to a designated location.
